He has spent his money on the best available talent in off season pick ups. Have they all worked out? no! but the fact that he puts the teams need to win is overlooked. He has overpaid to get talent to a losing organization . He also has made some great pick ups...with the likes of Seymour and Ellis. Not to mention some other talent we have gotten and kept...i.e. Ashomugha, Lechler, Higgins, Gallery etc...Putting a billboard up like that is a slap to the face to not only Al Davis but to the Raider Nation!
